Membership Categories.

 

The Membership Area caters for two distinct membership categories.  These categories are defined as follows;

 

·   Existing FES service customers granted on-line membership, and:
 

·   Customers with an on-line membership account only.
 

Benefits of Membership.

 

The benefits received by on-line members include the following;

 

·   All on-line members may place orders for items within the product catalogue.

·   All On-Line orders receive an immediate 10% discount (greater discounts to apply for bulk orders).

·   Confirmation of orders including the tracking of orders placed in the past.

·   Existing FES Service customers may make online requests for copies of their service visit reports and equipment maintenance servicing schedules and budgetary forecasts.

·   Existing FES Service customers will soon be granted the access to download copies of their past service visit reports and equipment servicing maintenance schedules. 

 

Registering request for on-line membership.

Persons or organisations wishing to become registered on-line members can do so in one of the following two ways;

 

·   Existing FES customers who wish to utilise the Members Area need only contact FES or complete the request form available here. 
 

·   New memberships can be requested by completing the New Members Request Form available here.
