Fire Equipment Services records and tracks facilities and equipment for all customers. Historical and current information is available at call via our web portal, where customers can access reports and see maintenance schedules. In addition to standard compliance reporting, FES provides customised reports tailored to customer needs.

FES customer reports can be provided at the account level or focused to a single site level. FES can also assist with your financial accounting by providing servicing costs identified to the location, building and floor level, and assist with budget forecasting with an estimated cost of future servicing.

 

Large Sites

FES provides customers with large sites or special corporate requirements with specific contract performance and activity reporting. In addition to standard compliance reporting, this can also include aspects such as health and safety, hazard identification, security, outstanding defects and rectification works.
